Guangxi Laibin Synergie Generation Operation and Maintenance Co. Ltd. is a joint venture which is owned by EDF with 85% of share, Guangxi Electrical Power Co. and Guangxi Investment & Development Co. for another 7.5% of share each. It is a service company providing operation and maintenance services to the 2*360MW coal-fired Laibin B BOT Power Plant (BOT means Build, Operate and Transfer). In September 2003, it obtained triple certificates for ISO ISO9001(quality)、ISO14001(environment)、OHSAS18001(safety & health). Our vision is to be one of the most competitive power plant operator in China.
广西来宾希诺基发电运营维护有限责任公司是由法国电力集团出资85%、广西电力集团公司和广西开发投资有限公司各出资7.5%共同组建的中法合资企业。她向中国电力行业第一个BOT项目-广西来宾B电厂提供运营维护服务。来宾B电厂共有两台装 机容量为36万千瓦的燃煤机组。2003年9月，公司通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001的认证。
